Randolph County event information may be mailed, faxed, or emailed.
Please include:
Name of the event
Location
Date & time
Cost of entry
Contact information
Other means of publicizing the event should also be described. Additional information such as an event website and short description may be included. All events must be open to the public and of interest to visitors. Unfortunately, events such as church services or individual yard sales will not be included. Church-sponsored events and citywide yard sales may be considered.
Roadside Produce Stands and Locally-Grown Food Submissions
Information may be submitted in the same method as the event submissions. The following should be included:
The address of the stand (directions and landmarks if difficult to find).
Types of items offered.
Times, days, and dates of operation.
Contact name
Contact phone number
Picture Submissions
Digital photos may be emailed to the above email address or be submitted on disc.
Printed photos are also welcome. Please indicate if the return of printed copies is desired and include contact information. Once the photos have been copied the owner will be notified and may pick them up at the RCCVB office.
All photos become the property of the RCCVB and may be used in additional publications. The law requires anyone appearing in photos that will be made public to sign a release form. A blank form is available upon request.
